Since 1993 RCS has offered business-to-business Telemarketing that arose from RCS's base of direct mail clients. RCS telemarketing is totally automated with a recording and client monitoring capability.

Initial applications were in the business publishing sector, but have since included a diversity of industries, with the ability to address a wide range of business marketing and information gathering applications.

RCS's Telemarketing operation is located in the Midwest with a highly trained and closely managed staff that performs hundreds of phone-hours daily for clients.

RCS's Telemarketing is characterized by total customization, fast startup and a simplified pricing structure that includes: script writing, automation setup, phone charges, and daily call reports customized for each client. Clients can phone in to monitor their calls and the caller's performance.

In 2005 we introduced a unique pricing model that guarantees the client the lowest cost per order by providing a guaranteed maximum cost per order and a rate per hour. Based on the number or orders per hour determines the pricing basis at the end for the client.

This approach eliminates the task of the day-to-day client oversight of their campaign. They simply relax and know that their campaign will get done with the results they expect, and at a price that will not exceed what they signed on to at the outset.
